History for Linux

Here is where I am going to put some information about Fedora Core (FC) Linux. I worked some with the various Red Hat releases such as RH6.2, RH7, RH8 and RH9, but was never really impressed. It was just "OK" and I preferred to stick with my old favorite of NetBSD. Even today, I still prefer NetBSD, in part because I can build everything from scratch in a sandbox to get a directory tree for the new release, and then use rdist to push the new version to my machines. But, OLWM (the Open Look Window Manager) has been long orphaned and is a bit lacking, and Gnome has features I am using (though I am far from being like a Windoze user... Zzzz), and is integrated much better on the FC distros.
