Terms of Use

1. This is a private site, and is not intended to be used by me as a home-page, for storing my files, etc. Any files placed on this site may be deleted by the administrator without notice.
2. I agree not to post any materials to this site which are copyrighted, proprietary, etc.
3. I agree to be respectful of others, and refrain from the use of profanity. I also agree that I will not post material of a pornographic or other graphic nature, regardless of format.
4. Some files and information on this site are copyrighted, and their use and/or redistribution may be subject to restrictions, which may be stated in the file in question, in the directory containing that file, or in parent directories. Should I download those files, I hereby agree to those restrictions. NOTE: This is particularly true of works in progress, where no guarentees of production quality can even be remotely made!
5. I acknowledge these terms, and realize that should I fail to abide by them, it may result in the suspension and/or removal of my account on this site, as well as possibly being reported to my ISP or other parties for further action.
6. I acknowledge that these terms are subject to change without notice, and agree to be bound by those terms. Should I not agree with the terms, I will not register with the site, or will request that my account be removed should I already be registered.
